"Decent Extra Income, But Not as Consistent as I’d Like"
As a property owner, I’ve had an okay experience with AirGarage. It has brought in some extra revenue, which I appreciate, but my personal standard is pretty much that if I’m relying on something to generate income, I want it to be a bit more consistent. Some months have been solid, but others are much lower than I expected. Support has been fine when I’ve needed it, nothing terrible but nothing that really stood out either. Overall, it’s been decent, just not amazing if your main goal is steady earnings.

I parked here because the prices were better than a few other lots nearby, but yeah, not always the cheapest cheapest option. Overall it worked fine and I didn’t really have any issues. I just wish the rates were more consistent, because sometimes they’re decent and sometimes they’re just kind of all over the place.

Used AirGarage last weekend it wasn’t no cramped little spot like I was expecting. I’ve got an SUV, so I always worry about tight spaces, but pulling in was easy. Access wasn’t confusing either — no weird gates or random signs to figure out. It did take me a minute to find the exact entrance, but after that, everything was fine. I’d use it again.

So, overall, my experience was okay. I was able to cancel in the end, but the steps were a bit unclear and it took longer than I expected. I did reach out to support and they answered, which was helpful, but yeah, it wasn’t exactly fast. It all worked out eventually, just feels like the process could be made a little simpler.

Paying for parking on airgarage was basically fine, but i had to pause for a minute because I wasn’t totally sure if my payment had actually gone through. After I put in my card, the page didn’t make it super obvious what was happening. I did get charged the right amount and the receipt showed up after, so it wasn’t a big deal in the end. Just wish the payment steps and confirmation were a little Clearer

I tried using airgarage for my parking permit and it ended up being way more frustrating than it needed to be. My permit didn’t show up right away, support took a while to respond, and I still got warnings as if I wasn’t even registered. It felt like a lot of hassle for something that should be simple, it all seemed preventable. I wouldn’t use it again if I had another option.

I parked here late at night and was so relieved. The lot was clean, bright, and didn’t give me any sketchy vibes at all. I was kind of expecting to feel nervous, but nope, total peace of mind. My car was totally fine, and I’d absolutely park here again without overthinking it.

"Fair enough, just make sure you read the signs"
I’ve parked at an airgarage lot a few times now, the rules were easy to understand once I actually stopped and read the signs. I did see one car get towed while I was there, which definitely made me a little nervous, but it looked like they either didn’t pay or had been there way longer than allowed.
I wouldn’t say I love dealing with parking enforcement, but in this case it seemed fair enough and not like they were trying to trick people. I do wish the warning signs were bigger or more obvious, though. Still, I’d use the lot again if I needed to. 4 stars.

"Signs could be a little easier to spot"
I used airgarage for parking and it was fine overall. The price was reasonable and booking was easy enough, though I’ll admit I was already a little rushed, so maybe that made me less patient than usual.
The only issue was that the signs at the lot weren’t super obvious. I ended up circling once just to make sure I was in the right place, which was a bit annoying. Not a huge problem, but clearer signage would definitely make the whole thing feel less stressful.

I had an appointment nearby and was fully bracing myself for the usual parking saga, but this lot was exactly where I needed it to be. Super easy to find, really close, and I didn’t have to circle the block like I was in some never-ending quest for a spot. it made the whole trip way less stressful.

I had a parking charge issue and reached out to AirGarage to see if I could get a refund.
They got back to me quickly, and it didn’t turn into some long annoying back and forth. I sent over what they needed and the refund was taken care of without much hassle at all.
i was expecting it to be way more of a headache, but it was actually really easy. Nice dealing with a company that just fixes the problem and doesnt make it complicated.

They did get back to my message, but it took longer than I was expecting. Maybe I was just being impatient because I needed the info quickly, but I did have to ask twice about one detail. Overall, the information was mostly clear. Not a terrible experience, just not amazing either
